Hi, I am Farhana

As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist for over 14 years I have been coaching women just like you to reach their fitness goals without a major overhaul to their lives. 

I began my healing journey as an Energy Practitioner 7 years ago after the sudden loss of a dear friend.  I dove into all the Reiki modalities; Usui, Karuna®, Angelic, I was able to heal a lot of my grief.


It wasn't until finding quantum healing, my journey accelerated tenfold. Not only have I learned to manage the grief but I have also cleared past conditioning and beliefs, that kept me repeating the same patterns.

Fitness isn't just about the physical aspect, it includes the mind and spirit. Teaching clients how to integrate all components of these bodies has redefined the meaning of true balance and success in achieving their fitness goals.
